Our Nova Scotia Caught Lobsters have become known worldwide. Within the past 5 years we have entered an all new international market giving us the success that we need to continuously expand our horizons to include many more countries than we had ever dreamed possible.
All of our Live Lobster are packed under the SeaKist Lobster label. This is our way of promising you the hardest-shelled, highest quality, Maritime caught lobster

Grading Scale: We grade our lobsters according to the scale on the right	CULLS = Lobsters with 1 or no claws. CANADIANS = less than .91 pounds CHIX = .91 pounds to 1.18 pounds QUARTERS = 1.19 pounds to 1.45 pounds HALVES = 1.46 pounds to 1.69 pounds 3 QUARTERS = 1.70 pounds ot 1.99 SELECTS = 2.00 pounds to 2.99 pounds 3-5's = 3.00 pounds to 5.00 pounds 7 -> = 7.00 pounds and over MIXED RUN = Canadians and Culls MIXED US = All mixed weights .91 pounds and above
